Assistant Director
Annika earned her undergraduate degree in Education Policy and History in her hometown of Madison, Wisconsin. After graduating, she moved to Washington, D.C., to pursue a master’s degree in Education and Special Education at Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in both general and special education settings, gaining a broad perspective on student needs. Annika is passionate about helping every student recognize and develop their unique talents, believing that with the right support, all students can thrive.
