Beth grew up in New Haven County, Connecticut, and began her career as a test prep tutor in 2018. Beth attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where she studied Management Information Systems with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. Beth tutored at Temple's Resnick Academic Support Center, working with student-athletes in the subjects of math, economics, and general business courses. During her time at Temple, Beth was the President of Temple's Women's Entrepreneurship Network, where she led founder-focused programming and speaker events connecting students with resources and mentors. Beth studied abroad for 4 months in Rome, Italy, completed a 2-week global immersion in South Africa, and volunteered for 6 weeks in San José, Costa Rica. Most recently, she lived in Rome, Italy for a year, where she worked as a Student Life Team Assistant for Temple University Rome, and completed an Italian language intensive. In Rome, Beth was an English language tutor to a 10th grade class, and to two individual students, grades 4 and 5. She speaks B2-level Italian and is learning German.
Beth loves being a sounding board for students as they enter the exciting time in their lives where they get to make decisions about their future. In her free time, Beth enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and language learning.
