Dawn's 20+ year path in education has been shaped by a passion for helping students grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and achieve their goals. She enjoys partnering with students and families and believes the best learning happens when students feel supported, challenged, and genuinely known. Her background in customer success and healthcare operations strengthens her collaborative coaching style.
Coaching and mentoring have always been central to Dawn's path. As a former softball coach, collegiate rugby player, and parent, she has seen firsthand that students thrive when they have encouragement, meaningful relationships, and someone who believes in their potential.
Outside of work, you'll likely find Dawn planning her next adventure, exploring the outdoors, trying a new local restaurant, or making memories with family and friends. Living and studying in Seville, Spain, during college sparked a lifelong love of travel, new cultures, and continuous learning.
