Maggie spent 10 years teaching in Chicago Public Schools, where she developed expertise in instructional leadership, classroom management, and using data to guide student growth.
While raising her family, she remained actively engaged in education by designing home preschool programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and created individualized learning experiences that fostered curiosity, independence, and academic readiness. These experiences further strengthened her skills in organization, adaptability, and personalized instruction while reinforcing her commitment to helping learners reach their full potential.
As an Academic Coach, she brings a collaborative approach to help students build confidence, develop effective learning strategies, and achieve their academic goals. She creates a structured and supportive environment, communicate clearly, and work patiently with students until they feel confident and successful.
Maggie currently lives in the west suburbs of Chicago with her husband and 3 children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, creative writing, and spending time outdoors.
